🚚 Aura Nexus Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage We currently offer FREE Insured Shipping to all customers within the United States. We are working on expanding our energy protection to other countries soon!

2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time Since each Aura Nexus piece is carefully inspected before shipping, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery once the item has been shipped. (Note: Most orders arrive within 10 days, but we provide this window to account for any carrier delays.)

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your "Guardian’s Shield" directly through our website or via the link provided in the email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Guarantee & Insurance Every Aura Nexus order is fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
